When more than one rule applies
Crop and set the required dimensions first, then choose a supported format and adjust bytes last. Recheck the pixel grid after compression: this compressor may reduce dimensions to reach a very small limit. If the portal requires fixed dimensions, a smaller compressed grid is unsuitable even when the byte check passes.
