No unverified official presets
Preset names can look authoritative long after a form has changed. Exact Size Tools therefore uses custom controls instead of guessing country, examination, visa, or application requirements. A future preset would need a direct source, the relevant jurisdiction, exact dimensions and units, accepted formats, background rule, file-size rule, and a visible last-checked date.
Read the current instructions on the receiving organization’s own website, note the publication or revision date, and copy each rule into the relevant tool. Treat pixel dimensions, physical dimensions, PPI, format, and file size as separate fields; one value cannot safely be inferred from another. Recheck the finished file before upload because acceptance can depend on rules this site cannot test, including pose, document content, naming, or account eligibility.
