Limits and troubleshooting

• Password-protected, encrypted, malformed, or restricted documents are rejected.
• The tool does not bypass passwords, DRM, or permissions.

When one document is rejected, open it in the authorized source application and save a fresh, unprotected PDF. Merge fewer files at a time if the combined page count or memory demand is too high for the device.
